Namibia Airports Company (NAC): Hosea Kutako International Airport (WDH) in Windhoek will be ready for the resumption of international flights!

The Namibia Airports Company (NAC) has confirmed that Hosea Kutako International Airport (WDH) in Windhoek will be ready for the resumption of international flights as Namibia's borders are to gradually open during the country's targeted international tourism revival initiative (15 July 2020 to 15 August 2020). According to a media statement by the NAC, social distancing measures, such as floor and seat stickers, as well as sanitizer dispensers are in place and messages on eg. the mandatory wearing of face masks will be made via the airports's public service announcement system. The NAC has also required thermostats and adequate materials for regular desinfections of facilities at all its eight airports in Namibia.
