Botswana's new eVisa system to be operational by the end of 2020!

The Government of Botswana is set to introduce an electronic visa (eVisa) system. This will enable visitors to the country to obtain a visa online and have a seamless entry upon arrival at all the land and air arrival points in Botswana. The Government has selected Pangea IT, an Israeli company specialised in digital transformation of government and business services, to integrate its eVisa solution. According to Uzy Rozenthal, Pangea EVP, General Manager Government Division, the company is already in the process of integrating its eVisa solution and expects to have it operational in Botswana till the end of the year 2020.
