Turkey's national flag carrier airline, Turkish Airlines, will increase its service between its main base at Atatürk International Airport in Istanbul and Moi International Airport in Mombasa (Kenya) via Kilimanjaro International Airport (Arusha/Moshi, Tanzania). Effective from 27 October 2013 the airline will operate daily flights between the destinations instead of the current five weekly frequencies.
Turkish Airlines
operates scheduled services to 40 domestic airports and 200
international airports (including 2 cargo-only destinations) in Europe,
Asia, Africa, and the Americas. With 238 passenger destinations, the
airline is the fourth biggest carrier in the world by number of
destinations. Turkish Airlines has been a member of the Star Alliance network since 1 April 2008.
