Video: Sustainable Fishing in Kosi Bay

Justin Bonello, a South African chef and TV presenter of the famous show "Cooked", visited Kosi Bay in the Northern Part of the iSimangaliso Wetland Park in South Africa's Maputaland (KwaZulu Natal).
Kosi Bay is a series of four interlinked lakes and well-known for the abundance of fish species. And thats why the bay is also famous for the traditional fish traps built to trap fish moving in and out of the estuary with the tide. If you want to know how the traps are working, watch the following video.

Kudos & big thanks to the Cooked crew for the footage!
