Comair Limited, operator of British Airways in South Africa and kulula.com, has reduced the number flights between OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg and Dar es Salaam airport in Tanzania, effective 20 June 2011.
Originally offering five flights per week, the interim schedule will now allow for three flights to and from Dar es Salaam. Flights will now leave from Johannesburg on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, returning to Johannesburg on Thursday, Saturday and Monday.
On 2 August this year all British Airways flights on this route will be temporarily suspended pending the review of the new summer timetable that is to be introduced on 29 October 2011.
All customers affected by the changes in the schedule will be accommodated on an alternative British Airways flight, or will be offered a full refund should a suitable flight not be available.
