The Hosea Kutako International Airport (WDH) Congestion Alleviation project commenced in September 2019 and was initially supposed to be completed by September/October 2020. According to Dan Kamati, Marketing officer of the Namibia Airports Company (NAC), the delayed completion is mainly due to the coronavirus pandemic.
