According to an announcement issued by Eswatini's Minister of Tourism and Environmental Affairs, Moses Vilakati, on 20 September 2021, the country currently has seven ports of entry - five land border posts from South Africa, one land border post from Mozambique as well as Eswatini's only international airport, King Mswati III International Airport (SHO). Travellers planning to enter Eswatini are required to have a validated negative Covid-19 test issued at most 72 hours before arrival. This allows visitors 14 days multiple entry into the country.

- Matsamo / Jeppes Reef
- Mananga
- Lavumisa / Golela
- Mahamba
The following border post from Mozambique is currently open:
- Lomahasha / Namaacha
