update (01 December 2020): All of Zimbabwe's ports of entry or ports of exit between Zimbabwe and a neighbouring country or territory have been opened on 01 December 2020.
Zimbabwe's Minister of Information, Publicity and Broadcasting, Senator Monica Mutsvangwa, has announced the phased reopening of the country's land border posts during a Post Cabinet Media Briefing on 27 October 2020. The borders will open first to private passenger vehicles and pedestrian traffic. Border operating hours are being fixed between 06:00 and 18:00 until further notice. Effective 01 December 2020, Zimbabwe will reopen the following border posts:
- Beitbridge (Zimbabwe <> South Africa)
- Plumtree (Zimbabwe <> Botswana)
- Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe <> Zambia)
- Chirundu (Zimbabwe <> Zambia)
- Nyamapanda (Zimbabwe <> Mozambique)
- Forbes (Zimbabwe <> Mozambique)
