Swaziland: Bush Fire Festival 27 - 29 May 2011

Now in its 5th year Bush Fire Festival is Swaziland's major annual music festival. It will be held from the 27 - 29 May 2011 and staged at the famous House-on-Fire. The festival’s theme for 2011 is 'Mixing the Point', and the focus will be on artistic and cultural collaboration, on a pan-African and international level.

This 3-day event will therefore span multiple-stages and provide three days of various entertainment options. There will be live music, DJ's, poetry, dance, theatre, interactive workshops, film, a global food fair, a Fair Trade Market and fun for all ages. Top South African music acts such as wildly popular electronic dance duo, Goldfish, 'silent gig' pioneers, Tonik, and house music innovator, Black Coffee, as well as leading Jamaican-Canadian dub poet, D’Bi.Young, have already been confirmed for this year’s line-up. More acts will be announced soon.
Tickets are limited and during the 2010 event, tickets sold out totally and no further admissions were allowed.  Advance ticket purchase is strongly recommended.
