South African privately-owned regional carrier Airlink has announced the launch of flights to Angola. Effective 21 October 2021, the airline will operate three weekly flights between OR Tambo International Airport (JNB) in Johannesburg and Quatro de Fevereiro International Airport (LAD) in Luanda on board a 98-seat Embraer E-190 jetliner. Airlink’s fares include a 20kg free economy class checked in luggage allowance plus a 15kg sporting equipment allowance. Onboard, passengers are offered a complimentary light meal and refreshments. Tickets are already on sale.

- 4Z 193 Luanda 16:35 > 21:10 Johannesburg on 21 October 2021 (inaugural flight)
Thereafter from 24 October 2021:
- 4Z 044 Johannesburg 09:40 > 12:25 Luanda on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays
- 4Z 045 Luanda 13:25 > 18:00 Johannesburg on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays
