South African low-cost airline FlySafair has announced plans to launch scheduled domestic services between King Shaka International Airport (DUR) in Durban and Lanseria International Airport (HLA) in Johannesburg. The airline will initially operate two daily return flights from 01 June 2020. Ten days later, from 11 June 2020, FlySafair is planning to increase the number of flights between Durban and Johannesburg (Lanseria) to four daily return flights. Privately owned Lanseria International Airport (HLA) is located north of Randburg and Sandton to the north west of Johannesburg.
