Qatar Airways is now flying to 16 destinations in Africa

Good news for all travellers planning to visit East Africa. Qatar Airways, flag carrier of Qatar and headquartered in Doha, has further expanded operations in Africa with the introduction of its 16th destination on the continent – daily scheduled flights to Entebbe in Uganda.
The latest flight service is the carrier’s third East African point in a regional network that already covers the Kenyan and Tanzanian capitals of Nairobi and Dar es Salaam, respectively.
The Doha – Entebbe route is served with an Airbus A320 featuring up to 12 seats in Business Class and up to 132 seats in Economy. The aircraft offers seatback TV screens providing all passengers with the next generation interactive onboard entertainment system featuring a choice of more than 700 audio and video on demand options.
Qatar Airways is running the Doha to Entebbe service Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays with return flights to the airline's main hub every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
