South African regional airline Airlink is set to increase flight frequencies to Hoedspruit Airport (HDS) in Hoedspruit in South Africa's Limpopo Province and Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International Airport (BUQ) in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.
Starting 30 March 2025, Airlink will introduce a triple-daily service between OR Tambo International Airport (JNB) in Johannesburg and Hoedspruit, while flights between Cape Town International Airport (CPT) in Cape Town and Hoedspruit will increase to twice daily. Currently, there are two daily flights from Johannesburg and one from Cape Town.
From 31 March 2025, Airlink will also add six more weekly return flights between Johannesburg and Bulawayo, increasing the current 13 return flights per week on the route.
