Etihad Airways to increase flights to Johannesburg, South Africa!

Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Airways, the second flag carrier of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), is set to expand its services to South Africa in 2025. The airline will increase its flight frequency between Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) in Abu Dhabi and OR Tambo International Airport (JNB) in Johannesburg during the Northern Hemisphere summer season.
Starting 30 March 2025, Etihad Airways will operate four weekly return flights to Johannesburg, with services available on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. From 04 August 2025, the airline will further enhance its schedule by introducing daily flights on this route.

This expansion reflects Etihad Airways' commitment to strengthening connectivity between Abu Dhabi and South Africa, catering to growing demand for travel between the two destinations.
