Sense of Africa, a tour company based in Windhoek, recently started operating daily open-top double-decker bus tours of Namibia's capital. The tour (duration 2.5hrs) is starting at 0930 and 1430 from the Windhoek Craft Market and is covering the city’s most important landmarks, stopping at a large traditional market in the township of Katutura where guests can disembark the bus. Continuing through the Industrial area with its highlights, the tour returns to the craft market in the city centre via the striking colonial buildings dating back to the era of the German Schutztruppe.
