Namibia Wildlife Resorts (NWR), the state-owned enterprise mandated to run the tourism facilities within the protected areas of Namibia, has announced that the Boplaas campsite in the /Ai-/Ais Richtersveld Transfrontier Park is temporarily closed since 14 September 2023. The campsite, which is located in the /Ai-/Ais (Namibian) side of the Transfrontier Park, is closed due to security and infrastructure upgrades and will reopen again on 01 November 2023.
