South Africa short of yellow fever vaccinations

According to Tourismupdate and the South African Society of Travel Medicine, South Africa is currently short of yellow fever vaccinations. The shortage was caused by over ordering by travel clinics due to the recent recommendation by the World Health Organization to add Zambia and Tanzania to the list of countries requiring the vaccine [click here for more info].
Some inoculations are still available in Claremont and Somerset West but elsewhere in South Africa there aren’t any left.
Tourismupdate is also reporting that Netcare Travel Clinics received notification that they are allowed to issue Yellow Fever Exemption Certificates to travellers going to Zanzibar and Zambia.
