South African regional and domestic airline Airlink is set to resume flights to Madagascar's largest and busiest tourist resort. The airline will introduce one weekly direct service on Sundays between OR Tambo International Airport (JNB) in Johannesburg and Fascene Airport (NOS) on the island of Nosy Be from 24 March 2024. Flights will depart Johannesburg at 09:10 and arrive on Nosy Be at 13:40. The return flight will depart Nosy Be at 14:25 and arrive in Johannesburg at 17:10.
The island of Nosy Be is located about eight kilometers off the northwest coast of Madagascar in the Mozambique Channel. The island is the most developed tourism destination in Madagascar.
