Botswana's state-owned national flag carrier, Air Botswana, resumes scheduled flights between Sir Seretse Khama International Airport (GBE) in Gaborone, Robert Gabriel Mugabe International Airport (HRE) in Harare and Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (LUN) in Lusaka today (06 May 2022). The airline initially operates two weekly direct flights on Fridays and Sundays and is planning to increase frequencies to three weekly flights as demand builds up. Air Botswana deploys its Embraer 170 jet to service the route.
