update (11 April 2019): The temporary closure of the Mooiplaas Picnic Site in Kruger National Park is extended until further notice. This is due to renovations. We'll keep you posted!
South African National Parks (SANParks) has announced that the Mooiplaas Picnic Site, located about 5 km south of the Mopani Rest Camp on the H1-6 in Kruger National Park's Nxanatseni Region (between Olifants River and Limpopo River), is partially closed due to renovations. The ablutions and the Lapa overlooking the Tsendze River are still open. The renovations will continue in phases until 16 April 2019.
