South African Airways: Intra-Africa service changes from October 2017!
South Africa's flag carrier, South African Airways, will terminate flights to Libreville (Gabon), Cotonou (Benin) and Douala (Cameroon) in January 2018 and has made some additional changes to its operations to Luanda in Angola and Pointe Noire and Brazzaville in the Republic of the Congo.

South African Airways to reduce regional flights!
South Africa's flag carrier, South African Airways, is set to gradually reduce regional flights for operational reasons. The airline will re-accommodate passengers on alternative days, with change fees waived. Tickets must be re-issued on/before 17 October 2017.
- Johannesburg <> Entebbe: Reduce from 7 to 6 weekly, A320 service (effective 09 October 20117)
- Johannesburg <> Kinshasa: Reduce from 6 to 5 weekly, A320 service (effective 09 October 20117)
- Johannesburg – Libreville – Cotonou: Reduce from 3 to 2 weekly, A320 service (effective 29 October 20117)
- Johannesburg – Libreville – Douala: Reduce from 5 to 3 weekly, A320 service (effective 09 October 20117)
- Johannesburg <> Luanda: Reduce from 7 to 4 weekly. From 30 October 2017, 2 of 4 weekly service will be operated by a A320, replacing A330/340 (effective 09 October 20117)
- Johannesburg – Pointe Noire – Brazzaville – Johannesburg: Reduce from 3 to 1 weekly, A320 service (effective 25 September 2017)
