South African National Parks (SANParks) has announced the dates of the South African National Parks Week 2015. The 10th annual SA National Parks Week will take place from 14 to 18 September 2015. During the four days, South African day visitors will have free access to most of the 21 national parks in the country. Only the Namaqua National Park (annual natural flower show will be in full bloom in September) and the Boulders Penguin Colony area in the Table Mountain National Park will be excluded from this year's SANParks' National Parks week. It should be noted that free access to parks does not in include free access to accommodation facilities and other tourist activities. The excluded Parks will apply normal entry tariffs.
Some of the parks will be extending the week to include the weekend:

- Agulhas National Park (14 - 18 September 2015)
- Augrabies National Park (14 - 18 September 2015)
- Bontebok National Park (14 - 18 September 2015)
- Camdeboo National Park (14 - 20 September 2015)
- Garden Route (Tsitsikamma, Knysna, Wilderness) National Park (12 - 18 September 2015)
- Golden Gate Highlands National Park (14 - 18 September 2015)
- Karoo National Park (14 - 18 September 2015 | First 100 visitors per day on 19 September and on 20 September gain free access)
- Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park (14 - 18 September 2015)
- Kruger National Park (14 - 18 September 2015)
- Mapungubwe National Park (14 - 18 September 2015)
- Marakele National Park (14 - 18 September 2015)
- Mokala National Park (14 - 18 September 2015)
- Mountain Zebra National Park (14 - 18 September 2015 | First 100 visitors per day on 19 September and on 20 September gain free access)
- Namaqua National Park (Excluded from SA National Parks Week)
- Table Mountain National Park (14 - 18 September 2015 | Free entry excludes Boulders Penguin Colony)
