South African Tourism, in association with the South African Chefs Association (SACA), published A Guide to Vegetarian, Vegan and Jain Dining in South Africa back in 2012 to encourage the tourism industry in South Africa to cater better for non meat-eating tourists. I just stumbled on the book on issuu and I must tell you that it is not only an interesting and inspiring read for the tourism industry, but also for everyone interested in cooking and dining.
