Zambian airline Proflight Zambia and South African regional airline South African Express have signed a sales and purchase agreement, which allows customers of the two airlines to make joint Proflight Zambia-SA Express bookings. The agreement enables customers of Proflight Zambia to book flights to three destinations within South African Express' network (Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London) and customers of South African Express to book flights to seven of Proflight Zambia's destinations within Zambia (Lusaka, Ndola, Livingstone, Mfuwe, Solwezi, Kasama, Lower Zambezi) as well as to two of the airlines regional destinations Lilongwe in Malawi, Durban in South Africa).

South African Express to add third weekly flight between Cape Town <> Hoedspruit
South African Express launched a direct twice-weekly service between Cape Town and Hoedspruit, situated about 60km west of Kruger National Park's Orpen Gate, on 26 July 2011 and will add a third weekly service between the two destinations from 02 October 2011. The airline is currently connecting Cape Town and Hoedspruit every Tuesday and Thursday. The new Sunday flights will depart Cape Town at 09:30, arriving in Hoedspruit at 12:10. The return service will depart Hoedspruit at 12:45, arriving in Cape Town at 15:25.
