Mount Kilimanjaro, actually a stratovolcano, is composed of three distinct volcanic cones - Kibo 5,895m, Mawenzi 5,149m and Shira 3,962 m. Uhuru Peak on Kibo's crater rim is the mountain's highest summit. Mawenzi and Shiba are already extinct while Kibo is still dormant and could erupt again. Mt. Kilimanjaro is the highest mountain in Africa and fourth highest of the Seven Summits. It is the tallest freestanding mountain in the world, as well as the 4th most prominent mountain in the world.

The name Kilimanjaro has no certain origin, but one of the most popular theory is that it comes from the words Kilima (swahili, meaning "mountain") and Njaro (kichagga, loosely translated as "whiteness"). Kilima Njaro could be translated as White Mountain which might be refferring to the shiny snow on the peak of the mountain.

1 tablespoon sugar (or more depending on the quality of the wine)
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method
Marinade the beef in a mixture of Worchester sauce (or soy sauce) and Balsamic for between min 30 – 60 minutes (the longer the better)
Rinse marinade off meat before browning
In a large saucepan/pot, heat some oil. When its hot, add about 1/3 of the beef and brown well. Remove the beef cubes from saucepan/pot, place in a bowl and set aside.
Repeat with the remainder of beef, but in two batches. Add some oil between the batches as needed. Each batch should brown for about 4 minutes so the juices are sealed within the cubes
Remove the beef cubes from the saucepan/pot
Reduce heat and add the onions, chili and cook until soft
Add the garlic and cook for another minute or so
Sprinkle the flour over the onion/garlic mixture and stir until thick
Add the stock, red wine and bay leaves
Stir until the sauce thickens and simmer for about 10 minutes
Add the beef cubes together with any juices that may be in the bowl. Leave to simmer until beef is tender and cooked
Season with salt and pepper. Serve in bowls with fresh bread

Africa United is a road movie about five children who travel 4800km (3000 miles) to reach the FIFA Football World Cup 2010 in South Africa. Their backgrounds are as diverse as the continent - Fabrice, a middle-class football protégé; Dudu, a Rwandan Aids orphan with a true sense of determination; Beatrice, his God-loving and gentle little sister; Celeste, a proud teenage sex worker; and Foreman George, a traumatised former child soldier from the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
On the way to the vital selection trial, disaster strikes when Fabrice, Dudu and Beatrice board the wrong bus and cross into the Congo. Without papers, money or a believable story, they are escorted to a children's refugee camp. But with considerable ingenuity and sass (and a World Cup wall chart for a map), our pint-sized heroes escape the camp and set off in pursuit of their dream, picking up along the way a “dream team” of displaced kids, who help them negotiate a series of thrilling and hilarious adventures.
The movie gonna hit the cinemas in the UK from 22 Oct 2010. I couldn't find any other release dates... not even on imdb.com.
