Kruger National Park roads reopen for tourists!

Most of the gravel roads in the Kruger National Park (KNP), which were closed by South African National Parks (SANParks) as a precautionary measure due to heavy rain on 16 February 2017 [more info], have been reopened. A few roads mainly in the Marula (Southern) Region of the Park remain closed until further notice. These include:
  • S110, S112 and S113
  • S118 and S119
  • S120, S121, S122 and S129
  • S22, S23 and S30
  • S79 and S82
  • H2-2 is closed between H3 and S114 roads due to maintenance and will re-open by 31 March 2017
The bush and wilderness trails in Kruger National Park (KNP), which were temporarily closed, are now also operational again.
