The flag carrier of Mozambique, LAM - Mozambique Airlines, is set to introduce a new service between Maputo and Lusaka, Zambia, with a stopover in Harare, Zimbabwe, as part of the airline's South African countries' capital inclusion strategy. Effective 30 June 2023, LAM will operate three weekly retrn flights on Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays to the Zambian capital. The new route will be operated with the Embraer 145 model aircraft, which has a capacity of 50 seats.
