update (24 May 2012): Due to the signing ceremony, which is set to take place right on the Victoria Falls Bridge, not only the border post between Zimbabwe and Zambia will be closed, but also the bungee jump [Zambia | Zimbabwe] will be suspended!
The Victoria Falls border post between Zimbabwe and Zambia will be closed from 06:00 to 15:00 on 29 May 2012, but will stay open all night trough after 15:00 to make up for the inconvenience. The signing ceremony of the Trilateral Hosting agreement for the General Assembly of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) made the border closure necessary.
Zimbabwe and Zambia will host the meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) in Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) and Livingstone (Zambia) in August 2013.
