Travel Video: "for that moment in South Africa"

Marko Roth, a 21 year old freelance filmmaker, student and self-proclaimed media addict from Frankfurt in Germany, recently spend two weeks in South Africa. While travelling the country, he shot the outstanding travel video "for that moment in South Africa".

The short film is by far one of the best on its kind I've seen in a while. What I really dig about "for that moment in South Africa" is that it is not only a great piece of (travel)-filmmaking, but also an attempt to understand and explain why we all actually love to travel. Kudos Marko & team!

Dutch traveller and filmmaker/photographer Joren de Jager recently visited South Africa for a three week trip. While roadtripping about 3,000 km from Cape Town to Johannesburg, he shot the great travel video simply titled "South Africa" with his brandnew Panasonic GH4. Enjoy! Kudos Joren!

Travel video: This is Tofo (Mozambique)

One of the guys from Tag Media recently spent three month in Tofo, Mozambique. Located on the Ponto do Barra peninsula in the country's Inhambane Province, the town became a major tourist destination over the last couple of years. Besides being a beachlovers paradise, Tofo is also known to be one of the best destinations for divers to see Manta Rays and Whale Sharks. Allow yourself about five minutes to watch the film, which was entirely filmed with a GoPro Hero 3 Black edition, and enhance your wanderlust! You won't regret it! Kudos Tag Media!

Tofo is about 6 hours drive north of Maputo. From the north, Tofo is about 5 hours drive from Vilanculos.

Travel video: A roadtrip through Namibia (6 min)

There are really good travel videos and there not so good ones. Fair enough! And there are travel videos that are even better than just "really good". Felix Sturmberger's video about the roadtrip through Namibia he did in February 2012 is one of those travel videos that are simply better than just "really good"! Watch the outstanding 6-minute video below and follow Felix, his friends and their Landy on their trip through Namibia. Kudos Felix and thx for sharing the stunning video with us!

Travel video: "The back roads of the Wild Coast"

Here comes another great travel video from South Africa's outdoor and travel magazine "Go!". Erns Grundling from "Go!" travelled recently from East London to the famous Hole-in-the-wall along South Africa's Wildcoast in the Eastern Cape. On his way north, he visited the Gxara Falls and the Bawa Falls, various river mouths, the Jacaranca Wreck north of the Qolora Mouth (Trennery's Hotel), Mandela's home village of Qunu, and, of course, the Hole-in-the-wall. Kudos Erns and "Go!" Magazine, we love your travel videos!
