Dutch flag carrier,
KLM, will increase its service between Amsterdam and
Kilimanjaro International Airport in
Tanzania. Due to strong demand, the airline will operate 9 weekly flights (instead of currently daily flights) from 27 Dec 2012 until 10 March 2013. The additional direct service will be operated by a
McDonnell Douglas MD-11 as terminator service.
KLM is a member of
SkyTeam, an airline alliance offering a network of 926 destinations in more than 173 countries.
