The well-known Two Oceans Restaurant at Cape Point has re-opened to the public under the leadership of South African head chef Clinton Tanzer. Clinton, who previously worked at the Mount Nelson Hotel, Vergelegen wine estate and Lagoon Beach hotel, joins the restaurant's experienced team of chefs, hosts, waitrons and barmen. The Two Oceans Restaurant is located only an hour’s scenic drive from Cape Town at Cape Point, a promontory at the southeast corner of the Cape Peninsula within the southern section of the Table Mountain National Park. The Two Oceans Restaurant was closed in early 2021 due to financial reasons following to Covid-19 pandemic.
